Meg, our Butcher Shop Manager, or another member of our butcher team will confirm your order and send an invoice.
Your order is NOT confirmed until your pay your deposit. Filling out the reservation form below does not guarantee your order until your pay your deposit!
Once your invoice is paid, your order will be available for pick-up at your favorite Butcher Bar location during our pick-up window, November 23-26, 2019, during normal business hours.
Want to place your order in person instead of online? No problem. Stop into our Butcher Bar West Asheville or Black Mountain locations and we’ll take care of you.

Our turkeys are from Joyce Farms. Choose from turkeys in three ranges: 10-14lbs, 16-18lbs, and 20-22 lbs. $5.00 / lb. We require a $25.00 deposit.

Our popular charcuterie boards from our butcher bars are coming home! Pick up and place on the table and you’re ready to host your guests. Featuring local and in-house charcuterie, house made pickles, local crackers and Lusty Monk Mustard. Choose from Small (perfect for 2-3 people) or Large (perfect for 14-16 people).
