Learn from our professional butcher team! The Foothills butchers will show you how to identify different cuts of beef and where they come from. Through our demonstration, you’ll learn more about beef cuts, the tools to properly break down beef, and kitchen techniques to make the process easy and enjoyable.
This is a fun, interactive workshop in our Butcher Shop in Black Mountain at 107 Black Mountain Ave. For safety purposes, this class is for ages 18 or older.
Snack on small bites inspired by our workshop and specially prepared in our kitchen. Small bites are included in your cost, and a cash bar will be available.
