Pisgah Brewing Butcher Babe Smoked Porter Release Party

Join us at Black Mountain Butcher Bar as we celebrate with our friends and neighbors, Pisgah Brewing, as we roll out our new collaboration, Butcher Babe Smoked Porter! This special release brew is exclusively available only at Foothills Butcher Bar locations and Pisgah’s taproom.

Pisgah Brewing proudly presents the 2018-2019 edition of the Butcher Babe Smoked Porter, brewed in honor of local butchery and restaurant, Foothills Butcher Bar, right here in Black Mountain, NC (and West Asheville)!  The Pisgah brewers handed over grains to our friends at Foothills, who smoked the grains with mixed oak and hickory, then returned them to be used in this special brew. The result is a subtle smoky nose that is balanced with the rich roasted malts and coffee/chocolate notes of the Porter recipe.

Join us for a Meet the Brewer & Smoked Porter Release Party at Black Mountain Butcher Bar starting at 6:00 PM and going until at least 9:00 PM on January 17th, 2019.  There will be 2 Pisgah taps and specialty menu items made with Pisgah brews, including our Blue Plate special.  We will also be offering a “Buy a Pint, Take the Glass” sale.

Butcher Babe Smoked Porter is a limited release and exclusively available at Butcher Bar West Asheville, Butcher Bar Black Mountain, and Pisgah’s taproom ONLY beginning January 17th…so don’t miss it!
