Foothills Butcher Shop is the heart of the Foothills operation, supplying The Grange, Hell or High Water, and Watershed Bike Park with honest, high-quality meats.

Our female-led, whole-animal butcher shop sources the very best local ingredients and uses time-honored, traditional processes to create our house selection of craft-made meats. You can always find a variety of beef, pork, and poultry cuts, house-made charcuterie and deli meats, and a rotating range of classic and specialty sausages in our meat case.

At Foothills Butcher Shop, we take a more traditional approach. Holding animals and farmers in the highest regard, we source high-quality, pasture-raised meat from small, local farms. Guided by a whole animal philosophy, our skilled team of butchers utilizes all parts of the animal—nothing goes to waste.

This philosophy is central to who we are. We started Foothills as a small farm and raised our own animals for years. We know how hard—and important—it is to do this work ethically and sustainably. By funneling our support into local farms, the whole community thrives.
