Foothills Watershed’s menu centers on slow-smoked, locally-sourced proteins from our very own Foothills Butcher Shop in Black Mountain. It features BBQ sandwiches, plates, and all the classic sides you know and love, like collard greens, mac and cheese, and cornbread, plus rotating specials that highlight the depth and diversity of Southern food traditions. You’ll also find smoked jackfruit for our vegetarian visitors and Foothills classics, like our famous smash burgers and house-made hotdogs.

As part of the Foothills family of businesses, Watershed operates within a full-circle, whole-animal ecosystem. Foothills Butcher Shop sources primarily whole animals from trusted local farmers and supplies Foothills Grange, Hell or High Water, and Foothills Watershed with honest, high-quality proteins, ensuring minimal waste and maximum respect for the hard work that goes into producing every ingredient entering our kitchens.

Since opening, Foothills Watershed has been a community gathering place where mountain biking, outdoor adventure, family-friendly fun, and great food come together. Our new BBQ menu builds on that foundation, offering comforting, crave-able food the whole family will love that reflects local ingredients, regional foodways, and Foothills’ ongoing commitment to supporting farmers and the surrounding community.

To wash it all down, we serve beer brewed by Outsider Brewing in collaboration with our own label, Butcher Babe Brewing, plus a range of non-alcoholic and THC beverages to quench the thirst of everyone in your group.
