Great days deserve great food, and at Foothills Watershed, that means bold, thoughtful dishes made with integrity and paired with a view. Our menu serves up Latin-inspired takes on Foothills classics, brought to life by our Culinary Director Eric Morris and Chef Luis Martinez of Tequio Foods.

Born and raised in Oaxaca, Mexico, Chef Luis brings the deep flavors and rich traditions of his homeland to our locally sourced Foothills meats. From hand-pressed heirloom tortillas to vibrant sauces, every dish on the menu is crafted with intention, heritage, and love. You’ll find both familiar comfort food and exciting new dishes that reflect the best of both cultures.

To wash it all down, we serve beer brewed by Outsider Brewing in collaboration with our own label, Butcher Babe Brewing, plus a range of non-alcoholic and THC beverages to quench the thirst of everyone in your group.
