Kitsuma Lager Launch Event ft. Smoked Turkey Leg Special!
Join us at Foothills Watershed and be among the first to try Kitsuma Lager, our new Mexican-style golden lager that’s perfect for long days spent out enjoying nature.
Kitsuma is a clean, crisp, and endlessly drinkable beer with enough complexity to keep it interesting pint after pint. Built on a foundation of Riverbend Malt House grains, we used Riverbend pilsner, Vienna, and chit malts, plus heirloom Ohio blue corn for a smooth body and subtle nuttiness. Classic German Hallertau hops round it out with a soft floral finish.
Come ride, refuel, and raise a glass to this great addition to our taps. We’ll also be serving a turkey leg special all day long—that's Joyce Farms turkey smoked on-site for maximum flavor and deliciousness.

Honky Tonk Dance Hall
Join us for an evening of live music, line dancing, and two stepping with Marion’s Old School Dance Hall!
We’ll have a short dance lesson from 6-6:30pm, then it’s open dance and live music from 6:30-9pm.
This event is free and folks of all ages and skill levels are welcome to participate. Food and beer available on site.

Christmas Tree Burning
Still got a Christmas tree hanging around? Bring it to Foothills Watershed—we’ve got big plans for it.
Drop off real Christmas trees anytime in the next month—you can leave them in front of our office, when you first pull in—then come back on 2.15.26 to watch them go up in flames at our first annual Christmas Tree Burning!
Whether you’re looking for a little post-Valentine’s Day catharsis or just love a good bonfire, we’ve got a great time in store for all.
All Crawfish Go To Heaven

We’re transitioning out of the taco game to bring Old Fort something brand new: a lineup built around high-quality, locally sourced proteins cooked low and slow over fire and smoke. Expect tender, richly flavored meats—plus delicious vegetarian options—prepared on-site so you can experience the craft firsthand.

Join us for a free show from The Pinkerton Raid!
This performer crafts “a fine blend of Beatles-esque dreamy folk,” says AMERICANA HIGHWAYS. It’s all quite beatnik and granola, steeped in STAR WARS, Tolkien, Kerouac and Laurel Canyon. They’ve played recent festivals with River Whyless, Sunny War and Amythyst Kiah. There is a fair number of songs about trees.

Pig Pickin'
Join us for live music, great food, and even better vibes at our First Annual Pig Pickin’!
Foothills’ own Meat Mama Meg and Chef Luis Martinez are firing up the smoker to prepare us a delicious hog from Peculiar Pig Farm. We will smoke the hog on-site overnight – you show up to enjoy it with us on Saturday!
Food will be served from 1pm until we run out of meat. Choose between a plate of smoked pork served with two house-made sides, or a pulled pork sandwich.
We'll also have live music from the Happy Enchiladas, an Americana folk trio, from 3-5pm!
