We're teaming up with Peculiar Pig Farm to bring you a taste of Carolina heritage & history right here in Old Fort. Join us for a traditional Pig Pickin' at Watershed on October 23rd and 24th!

What's a Pig Pickin'? It's a beloved Southern tradition, rooted deeply in the Carolinas, in which a whole hog is slow cooked and served communally. More than a meal, a pig pickin' is a gathering, a celebration, and a ritual of hospitality passed down through generations. Best enjoyed with good company and no particular hurry.

Friday, October 23rd, will be an evening of preparation. We'll be getting the pig ready and onto the smoker to cook overnight. Plus, we'll be having a blast with free karaoke too!

Then, on Saturday, October 24th, we'll do the actual Pig Pickin'! We'll start serving plates for the whole smoked hog with curated sides. Specifics and music information to come, keep an eye out!
