We’re transitioning out of the taco game to bring Old Fort something brand new: a lineup built around high-quality, locally sourced proteins cooked low and slow over fire and smoke. Expect tender, richly flavored meats—plus delicious vegetarian options—prepared on-site so you can experience the craft firsthand.
